Step-by-step guide
- Log in to your Wonde School Portal: school.wonde.com/login.
- Navigate to Tools in the main menu.

Open the Subject Access Request (SAR) tool.
- Use the search bar to find a specific individual by name or you can use filters to narrow results by User type, Registration group and Year group.
- Once a user is selected, you will see a comprehensive list of all third-party applications currently (or previously) accessing their data via Wonde.
- Click Download Permissions to generate a CSV report. This report is password-protected for security and will be sent straight to your email.
Please note: Wonde provides a report of data shared through our platform. Third-party applications may collect additional information directly within their own systems. We recommend contacting those providers directly to ensure a complete SAR response
