Logging into the Wonde Enterprise Portal

Visit https://enterprise.wonde.com/login and search for your Enterprise. You can search by name, postcode, or URN. The system will remember your previous selection to save you time logging in in the future.

Logging in using single sign-on (Google/Microsoft)

If your Wonde admin account uses a Google or Microsoft email then you can select the ‘Sign in with Google’ or ‘Sign in with Microsoft' option. Please note that your school will need to have this option active in the ‘Settings’ section of the portal.

Logging in using a magic link or password

Alternatively, you can log in using a ‘magic link’ which will be sent directly to your email, or you can enter your password if you have set one up in the account settings section of the portal.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA (two-factor authentication) means using two factors to verify a user’s identity before granting access to a system or service. It adds an extra layer of security to your accounts and prevent unauthorised access in case your password or email is compromised or stolen.

We will be making 2FA a mandatory requirement for all users of the Wonde Enterprise Portal and School Portal in the coming weeks. To ensure a smooth transition, we strongly recommend early activation.

Here’s how to enable 2FA (recommended):

Step 1 | Using the dropdown menu next to your username, navigate to 'Account settings'. Scroll down to the two-factor authentication section and activate two-factor authentication using the toggle button.

Step 2 | The first time you set up two-factor authentication you will be asked to scan the QR code with an application such as Google Authenticator. Please see the section below on how to set up an authenticator

Step 3 | After entering the code, you will be provided with recovery codes. Recovery codes can be used to access your account in the event you lose access to your device and cannot receive two-factor authentication codes.

Keep your recovery codes as safe as a password. We recommend saving them with a password manager such as 1Password, Bitwarden, or LastPass.

Authenticator apps & plugins

Firstly you must download an authenticator app on your mobile device, or install an authenticator plugin/extension on your computer.

How to install plugins/extensions

Click one of the options below to view instructions on downloading and using authenticator apps.

Recovery codes

Recovery codes can be used to access your account in the event that you can’t sign into the Wonde Enterprise portal, (perhaps you’ve got a new phone or lost your phone or you've deleted your authentication app) you can use one of your recovery codes to sign in securely.

To access your recovery codes

  1. Log into the Enterprise portal
  2. Navigate to ‘Account settings’
  3. Here you will find your recovery codes.
  4. Be sure to make a copy of your recovery codes, save them somewhere safe and do not share them with anyone. We recommend saving them with a password manager such as 1Password, Bitwarden, or LastPass.
  5. You can get a new set of codes whenever you want by clicking 'Generate new recovery codes". When you create a new set of codes, the old set automatically becomes inactive.

How to sign in using your recovery codes

  1. Find your recovery codes.
  2. Enter email and password to log into the Enterprise portal.
  3. Click ‘Use recovery code’.
  4. Enter one of your unused 6-digit recovery codes (As they can only be used once you might want to make a note of which ones have been used)

How to support schools with 2FA

Encourage your schools to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) now (recommended)

With 2FA soon becoming a mandatory requirement for all users of the Wonde Enterprise Portal and School Portal, we strongly recommend you encourage your schools to activate 2FA now. This will help to ensure a smooth transition and provide an extra layer of security to your schools accounts and helps to prevent unauthorised access in case their password or email is compromised or stolen.

Instructions for activating 2FA can be found in the following School Portal guide: Logging into the school portal guide.
